AI Enablement Workshops Forge
We build, modernize, and operate custom software on Conntinuum, our AI-native platform. Find your industry, your company size, or your situation. The work is the work, whoever runs it.
Who we serve
The work is the work, whoever runs it. What changes is the shape of the engagement.
Complex estates, procurement rigor, and systems carrying real operational load. We work inside enterprise governance without slowing to enterprise pace: fixed-scope outcomes, embedded Forward-Deployed Product Engineering (FDPE) Pods, and delivery your architecture review board can audit.
Mid-market firms and scale-ups where the software is the business plan. Speed matters, and so does not rebuilding it in two years. Outcome-based delivery holds the budget fixed against working software, and Forge covers the work that sits below an enterprise budget.
Federal and state mission systems, compliance automation, and authorized platform deployment. Veteran-led and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) certified, with a dedicated page and its own contracting form.
How we engage
However you need us, there is a model shaped for it. Each card links to the full details.
Fixed scope, fixed budget, measured against working software.
A small, senior team embedded with yours, working an outcome roadmap rather than a ticket queue.
A sparring partner on strategic, technical, and AI calls, on a standing cadence.
A bounded session with a defined output: vision, architecture, AI position, or modernization plan.
A fully dedicated team and office in the geography you need, built and operated by C Infinity.
The models where we share in the outcome: operate a product, co-develop one, or acquire one.
A fixed-scope, fixed-budget engagement measured against working software, not activity. We define the outcome together, commit to a date and a price, and deliver against that commitment.
Scope is well-defined, and you want budget and date certainty before the work begins. The discovery work up front is what makes the fixed commitment honest: we do not fix a bid against a vague scope.
Where the outcome is a measurable business metric, part of the fee can be structured against it: we analyze your current operations, commit to a value metric, and share in the savings or growth we deliver.
Not time-and-materials with a cap, and not a fixed bid on an undefined problem. If the scope is not definable yet, a Workshop or an FDPE Pod is the honest starting point.
A small, senior team embedded with yours, working an outcome roadmap rather than a ticket queue. A pod brings product, engineering, and AI skills in one unit, and works in your tools at your cadence.
Scope will evolve, or you want to steer week to week. You get capacity that knows your system and can redirect as priorities shift, without re-procuring every change.
Not staff augmentation. The pod owns outcomes, not seats: it carries a roadmap, reports against it, and is accountable for what ships.
A sparring partner on strategic, technical, and AI calls. Senior judgment on a standing cadence, with working sessions every week or two.
You have the team and want senior direction: the platform decisions, the build-versus-buy calls, the AI position, and the decisions that do not fit a category.
Not delivery. The retainer is judgment, not hands on keyboards. When a decision turns into a build, that becomes its own engagement with its own commitment.
A bounded working session with a defined output: a product vision, an architecture, an AI position, or a modernization plan.
You need a decision-grade artifact fast, before committing to a bigger engagement, or as the first step of one.
A concrete deliverable you own, whether or not we do the next phase together. If the honest recommendation at the end is not us, the workshop says so.
A fully dedicated team and office, located in the geography you choose, created when you need a new capability or capacity for the work we do. A new Product Development Center in Mexico. A software development capability in Eastern Europe. C Infinity handles all of the setup, hiring, and operations, and builds the center to your specific needs.
You need capability at a scale and permanence a project cannot provide, and you want a dedicated team and location rather than shared capacity.
These are always long-term engagements. Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) options are available: we build and run the center, and when you are ready, it becomes yours.
Not offshoring by another name, and not generic Business Process Outsourcing (BPO). A Delivery Center is a dedicated organization built for your roadmap and held to your standard.
The models where C Infinity shares in the outcome rather than just billing for the work. Each shape fits a different situation, and all of them start with the same confidential conversation.
We take over Product, Engineering, and Customer Support for a product that is not operating well or delivering value for its customers. The structure gives us the freedom to make it run efficiently, with financial incentives tied to the gains we create.
Opportunities we pursue alongside another organization or entity to co-develop something we would each own a portion of.
Software capabilities a company wants to divest, where the product would be additive to our own capabilities and our Clients' needs. The product gets a serious operating home: engineering, customer support, ongoing development, and a long-horizon owner.
A confidential intro call. A due diligence evaluation covering financials, technical stack, customer base, and intellectual property. Then a clear answer: yes, no, not yet, or a referral to a partner who fits the situation better. Honest at every step, confidential throughout.
Not a fire-sale buyer, not a value-extraction operation, and not a substitute for a serious mergers-and-acquisitions (M&A) advisor when a formal sale process is underway. We are operators, and the conversation is about whether the fit is real.
Forge
For small and growing businesses, the math has changed. Custom software used to be a Fortune 500 line item. The kind of platform that took the better part of a year and an enterprise budget a few years ago now ships in weeks at a fraction of the cost, with the same engineering discipline behind it. Forge is the C Infinity offering built for that Client, where every dollar has a job. Three tiers, named for what they do: Automate takes manual work out of the loop, Build is custom software scoped tight and shipped predictably, and Build+ is the next step, when the operation needs more than one system to run on. Same firm. Same platform. Same Promise. Different budget shape.
Same firm. Same platform. Same Promise. Different budget shape.

Find yours. The proof lives in the case row below.
Freight, customs, and last-mile, the systems that move the world's goods.
The floor, the front office, and the bid: ERP, operations, estimating, and project lifecycle, on government and private work.
Time, billing, engagement management, and the Client portals behind the engagement letter.
Ordering, fulfillment, customization, and the customer experience behind the storefront.
Publishing platforms, editorial workflow, and audience experience behind the masthead.
Booking, guest experience, and the platforms behind the stay.
Platform delivery, customer success engineering, and the operations behind the product.
Clinical operations, payer systems, and the software hospitals and life-science teams run on.
Account operations, compliance reporting, and the software behind the balance sheet.
Donor management, constituent operations, and the systems behind the mission.
Field operations, asset management, and regulatory reporting behind the meter.
If your industry is on this list, we have probably built software for it. If it is not, we have probably built for one close to it.
