What's the difference between Automate and Build?

Automate solves a process — "I want this task handled for me." It might run inside your existing tools (email, CRM, spreadsheets) using AI and automation. Build delivers a product — "I need a system my team can use." It's a standalone application with its own login, interface, and data. Think of Automate as a smart employee handling a task vs. Build as a custom tool your team works in every day.
What does the $1,500 scoping session include?

It's a structured working session where we use our Conntinuum platform to rapidly define your solution — what it does, who uses it, how it works, and exactly what's in scope. You walk away with a detailed scoping document regardless of whether you proceed. If you do proceed, the $1,500 is credited in full toward your build fee.
What's included in the monthly fee?

Hosting, infrastructure monitoring, security patches, bug fixes within scope, a monthly check-in call (up to 60 minutes), and up to 2 hours of minor maintenance. It does not include new features or functionality — those are available as scope increases starting at $3K.
Who owns the code?

C Infinity retains IP ownership during the hosting period. You own your data at all times and can export it whenever you want. After 36 months of continuous service, you have the option to buy out the code. If you prefer to keep us hosting, your monthly rate drops to 70% after the 36-month mark.
What if I need to add features later?

We offer scope increase packages: $3K for a simple enhancement (a new workflow and a few screens) or $5K for a moderate enhancement (new integrations, user roles, or multiple new workflows). Anything larger gets quoted individually.
How fast can you deliver?

Automate tier: 3–5 weeks. Build: 5–9 weeks. Build+: 9–14 weeks. We move fast because we use our proprietary Conntinuum platform and C3V methodology — the same enterprise-grade approach we use for much larger clients, optimized for speed at the FORGE scale.
Do you build websites?

No. FORGE is specifically for business software and process automation — the operational tools that run your business behind the scenes. If you need a marketing website, we're happy to refer you to a great partner.
What if my needs are bigger than Build+?
