We do it this way because the tool kind of forces us to.
You built your business and know how it should operate. Your technology should operate that way too.
You've spent years bending your workflow to match what your tools can do. FORGE builds custom business technology that fits how you actually operate, delivered at fixed prices, in weeks, with AI where it counts.
The Tell
If you've said any of these out loud, you're not alone.
Every growing business we talk to uses one or more of these phrases, usually without realizing they're describing the same problem. Read through them. If even one lands, keep reading.

Well, then we export that to Excel and...
We ended up going with this one because it was the closest to what we needed.
Someone on our team owns keeping that up to date.
It worked fine when we were smaller.
Yeah, that part is manual.
We hired someone whose job is basically to manage the tool.
We asked them about that, but it's not on their roadmap.
Every time we grow, our bill goes up.
I wish we could just...
Recognize any of those? Let's talk about what to build instead.
The Possibilities
Wait, we could build that?
A few of the tools FORGE builds and automates for businesses like yours. If one sounds familiar, it's buildable, and probably faster than you think.

-
Automate
Month-end close automation
The checklist that runs itself and flags only what needs a human decision.
The Diagnostic
Is your business ready for purpose-built tools? Short answer... yes!
Every quote above points at the same decision: what to buy, and what to build. Generic needs belong in off-the-shelf tools. The work that makes your business different deserves technology built around it, and that build is now within reach.
Buy the commodity. Build the difference.
Fewer tools as differentiation rises, and each one costs more to own.
What We Build
Real solutions, built for the way you actually work.
A sample of FORGE engagements. Filter by engagement type or industry. The metrics show the kind of operational impact we scope and design toward, the targets we price against, not averages from past clients.

Logistics
Month-end billing means cross-referencing rate sheets, accessorials, and customer-specific rules by hand. AI does the matching, flags variances, and produces a clean invoice package for review.
Days → hrs
target month-end billing cycle
Manufacturing
A customer sends a drawing or spec. AI extracts materials, operations, and complexity signals. Your estimator reviews and adjusts instead of starting from a blank spreadsheet.
50%+
faster quote turnaround (target)
Contractors
Federal and prevailing-wage jobs demand certified payroll, DBE tracking, and submission-ready documentation that ties up two to three people at most mid-size GCs. FORGE automates the whole compliance package.
2–3 FTEs
of compliance effort reclaimed (target)
Manufacturing
Your ERP handles accounting. Your whiteboard handles the real schedule. FORGE builds the dashboard that shows what is on the floor right now, WIP, capacity, and schedule, the way your foremen actually think about it.
Live
floor status, not a stale whiteboard
Law Firms
A client fills out a smart intake form. AI classifies the matter type and complexity, the conflict check runs, the CRM record is created, and the right attorney is routed to with full context.
50–70%
shorter intake-to-engaged (target)
Property Management
Tenant requests arrive by text, email, voicemail, and portal, and your team reconciles them by hand and dispatches vendors from a spreadsheet. FORGE unifies intake, routes each job to the right vendor, and tracks it to completion.
4 → 1
intake channels unified
Logistics
Your TMS handles the standard lanes. Everything else, margin visibility, custom customer rules, exception workflows, lives in spreadsheets your team reconciles by hand. FORGE builds the operations layer that captures all of it.
10–15 hrs
reclaimed per ops person, weekly (target)
Accounting
Consolidating firms inherit multiple practice-management tools. FORGE builds the operations layer above them: unified client data, portfolio-wide profitability, and standardized workflows while legacy tools are phased out.
Week 1
portfolio-wide visibility
~50%
faster post-deal integration (target)
Home Services
Post-acquisition, your locations run on two or three different field-service platforms and replacing them is politically impossible. FORGE builds the overlay that makes them talk: consolidated dispatch, unified P&L, and GM dashboards that reflect the real business.
18 mo → 4–6
location integration timeline (target)
How It Works
From conversation to custom technology in weeks, not quarters.
Every FORGE engagement follows the same five-step path: fixed scope, fixed price, no surprise invoices. You'll know exactly what we're building, what it costs, and when it lands before you sign.

You're live
If we cannot see real value for you in the work you want and how we deliver it, we will tell you. Before you sign. Before you spend.
FORGE isn't the right tool for every business. If we can't find measurable operational impact in the discovery conversation, we'll say so directly, before you've signed anything, before you've spent anything beyond 30 minutes of your time. We'd rather lose the engagement than build something that doesn't move the needle.
Pricing
Three tiers. Fixed prices. No surprises.
Every engagement is scoped, priced, and delivered against a written contract. You know exactly what you're getting, what it costs, and when it lands, before you sign.

Frequently Asked
The questions operators actually ask.
If you have another question not covered here, raise it on the discovery call, we'd rather answer it honestly up front than have it become a surprise mid-engagement.
-
What's the difference between Automate and Build? + ×
Automate solves a process: you hand us the task and we make it run. It might live inside your existing tools (email, CRM, spreadsheets) using AI and automation logic. Build delivers a product: your team gets a dedicated application with its own login, interface, and data model. The simplest test: if you want a task handled for you, it's Automate. If you want a system your team works inside of, it's Build.
-
What if we're not sure which tier we need? + ×
That's what the discovery call is for. Most businesses don't know which tier fits until we walk through the process together. We'll name a recommended tier on that call. If we're genuinely between tiers, we'll tell you, and we'll tell you which way the scoping session is likely to push the answer before you pay for it.
-
What happens during the $1,500 scoping session? + ×
We spend 2 to 3 hours with your team defining exactly what gets built: screens, workflows, integrations, user roles, outcomes. You leave with a scoping document that becomes your contract scope if you proceed. If you don't proceed, the document is yours to keep. We've had prospects use the scoping document to go get quotes from other developers. We think that's fair: the work we did to produce it is genuinely yours.
-
What does the monthly fee actually cover, and what doesn't it? + ×
Hosting, security patches, bug fixes, a monthly check-in call (up to 60 minutes), and up to 2 hours of minor maintenance per month. It doesn't cover new features, new user roles, or new integrations. Those are scope increases, priced separately. We're explicit about the boundary because "scope creep" is how every software project goes over budget. Fixed scope is how we keep the promise we made at signing.
-
How does payment work? + ×
Payment for the build is upfront, after the scoping session is complete and you've signed the agreement. Monthly hosting begins on acceptance of the delivered software, with a 12-month minimum commitment. Upfront payment keeps us accountable to the delivery date instead of the billing schedule.
-
Who owns the code? + ×
During the hosting period, C Infinity retains IP ownership. You own your data at all times and can export it whenever you want. After 36 months of continuous service, you have the option to buy out the code. If you prefer to keep us hosting, your monthly rate drops to 70% after the 36-month mark. It's an intentionally different model from "you own everything from day one" because it keeps the upfront cost lower and aligns our incentive to build software we're proud to maintain long-term.
-
What if you can't deliver what I need? + ×
We'll tell you before you've spent anything beyond 30 minutes of your time. The discovery call is where we figure out whether FORGE is the right fit, and if it's not, we'll say so directly. If we can't project meaningful operational impact, we'd rather lose the engagement than build something that doesn't move the needle. If we discover a scope problem partway through a build (rare, but it happens), we work with you to rescope or refund the unbilled portion.
-
What if my needs change after launch? + ×
We offer structured scope increase packages: $3K for a simple enhancement (one new workflow and a few screens) or $5K for a moderate enhancement (new integrations, user roles, or multiple new workflows). Anything larger gets quoted individually. Most FORGE clients end up doing at least one scope increase in the first year, the software reveals new opportunities once it's running.
-
What about compliance, payments, data migration, or other specialized needs? + ×
FORGE includes a catalog of add-on modules for specialized requirements across five categories: Compliance & Security (readiness work, SSO, audit logging), Payments & Billing (Stripe, invoicing, QuickBooks/Xero sync), Communication & Notifications (transactional email, SMS, Slack/Teams), Data & Infrastructure (analytics, data migration, multi-tenancy, API access), and User Experience (web+mobile dual build, client portals, document management). Modules are scoped and priced during the scoping session, we'll tell you which ones apply to your build and what they'll cost before you sign.
-
Is this "AI-built" software? How is it different from what a vibe coder would produce? + ×
It's a fair question, and the short answer is no, this isn't vibe-coded software.
FORGE is engineered software, delivered by real AI-development engineers using Conntinuum, C Infinity's proprietary development platform. Conntinuum doesn't replace engineering judgment. It accelerates it. Our team uses it to move faster through the well-understood parts of building software (scaffolding, boilerplate, standard patterns, test coverage) so they can spend their time on the parts that actually matter for your business: architecture, workflow logic, data modeling, integration, and the specifics of how your operation works.
What you get is software that's been designed, reviewed, and tested by engineers, not generated wholesale from a prompt. The AI makes the team faster; it doesn't make the decisions. That's why our fixed-price model works: we've built a repeatable engineering practice, not a shortcut.
-
How fast can you deliver? + ×
Automate: 2 to 6 weeks. Build: 4 to 10 weeks. Build+: 6 to 14 weeks. We move faster than traditional development because we've invested heavily in internal tooling and AI-assisted development, the same core methodology we use for our larger enterprise clients, optimized for the FORGE scale. Speed isn't the point, though. The point is predictability: if we commit to a date in the agreement, we deliver on that date.
-
What if my needs are bigger than Build+? + ×
FORGE is designed for focused, single-application engagements. If you need a large-scale enterprise platform, multi-system transformation, or a dedicated engineering team, that's our core C Infinity service line, where we build at enterprise scale with team-based engagements rather than fixed tiers. A discovery call can quickly determine which side of the line you're on.
