Application Development

Mission applications built against an agreed, testable definition of done. Requirements, architecture, security controls, and acceptance tests interconnected from the first working session, so the Authority to Operate (ATO) evidence trail accumulates from day one instead of becoming a scramble at the end.

When it fits: The mission needs software that off-the-shelf platforms cannot deliver, and the program office needs the requirements record to survive staff turnover, audits, and re-competes.

Application Modernization

The system that carries the mission but was built by a team that has moved on, rebuilt module by module while the legacy stack keeps serving. No big-bang cutover, ever. Why a veteran-led firm

Service is the origin, not the sales pitch.

C Infinity's founder served as a United States Navy Information Warfare Officer, including assignments at the National Security Agency, the Defense Intelligence Agency, and multiple deployments. The firm was built the way good intelligence work is run: capture what is actually true, trace every judgment and justify analysis to its sources, and put a named person behind every call.

That ethos is why the platform works the way it does, and why the firm's commitments read the way they do: accountability, follow-through, and a low tolerance for theater.
